Madeleine Feather - Actor

Madeleine has been single-minded about her wish to act since her debut role as Alice when she was ten. To this end she studied Drama at Exeter University followed by a year long practical course with the Rep College. Since then she has worked in theatre, television and film. Highlights include playing Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing, Grace in Disciplinary Action at the Greenwich Playhouse, Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Dynamene in A Phoenix Too Frequent and improvising for corporate role play. For FalconGrange Productions Madeleine has played Mel in Shakers Re-Stirred and Hobby in Teechers.

John Doughty - Actor

 

John was born in St. Albans, Hertfordshire where he trained under Danny Swanson at Theatrix School of Speech and Drama. He then went on to train under Anna Scher, followed by Doug Cockle at Bournemouth Arts Institutes school of Film, Television, Theatre and Radio.

Roles whilst training included Jimmy Porter in ‘Don't look back in Anger,' Hamlet in ‘Hamlet' and Crispin in ‘A Chorus of Disapproval.'

Since graduating he has acted in a number of short films, notably three for a Channel 4, New Film-Makers competition of which one achieved first place. He has also played a lead role in The Hounds - the first of three feature films directed by Roberto Del Piccolo. He will be touring Pirates later this year with Hurricane Productions and will play a lead role in the sci-fi film Weaverfish, by Dollhouse Pictures.  He is also soon to provide voiceovers for Computer Games and Animation projects.

Susanna Widenbar - Actor

Susanna

Susanna set her sights on an acting career after playing David in David and Goliath in school assembly at the age of six. She later went on to study for a Drama Degree at Aberystwyth University before training at East 15 Acting School.

Clearly a victim of typecasting, Susanna has played witches on numerous occasions as well as a footballer's wife and a ruthless gangster boss. Most recently Susanna played the role of Louise in It's Over - A Musical Exploration of Dumping Your Partner (Time Code Productions). Other film credits include Dogend (Wild Weston Films) and Confined (B Smith Creations). Theatre credits include Hansel and Gretel and Jack & the Beanstalk (Chapterhouse Theatre, Open Air National Tour), The Marriage of Figaro (Act Provocateur, The Lion and Unicorn Theatre, Kentish Town) and MILF (Fragmented Ego Theatre, Camden People's Theatre).

Susanna is excited to be playing her first role with FalconGrange Productions in The Hare and the Tortoise as the Tortoise, and has been practicing moving very slowly. www.susannawidenbar.com

Austin Spangler - Actor

 

Austin graduated from Central St Martins in 2004, specialising in Installation Performance Fine Art, and from Central School of Speech and Drama in Voice. He has been performing with the Universal Citizens for the last five years. Austin has also just won a Gold World Medal at the New York Festival International for best viral/advert in the world and Bronze at Cannes Film Festival for Embrace Life, Directed by Daniel Cox. Natalie Hughes

Natalie trained at Rose Bruford College and subsequently moved to South Africa where she worked extensively in theatre, film and TV before returning to further her career in the UK. 

Theatre highlights include playing Elvira in Blithe Spirit, Sybil Vane in The Picture of Dorian Gray, Nicky/Jean in Find Me, Lady Teazle in The School for Scandal, Marie in Woyzeck and Paige Petite in Ayckbourn's Damsels in Distress.  Past film credits include the TV drama Egoli (MNet), feature films Gandhi, my Father (Anil Kapoor), In Search of the Great Beast 666 (Classic Media) and most recently The Hike (Pinnacle Media).

Bethany Thompson - Actor

 

Bethany trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and graduated in 2008. Since then she has toured Germany with White Horse Theatre and performed at Battersea Arts Centre, Theatre 503 (New Writer's Program) and The Globe Theatre. 

She appeared as Mrs. Bumble in Giant Olive's production of Oliver Twist and in the London premiere of The Tulip Wars. She also wrote and performed in her own monthly sketch comedy show Sit Down Sundays at the Landor Theatre. 

Most recently she contributed to and performed in the world's longest running comedy show, Newsrevue.

Jo spent a year at the Central School of Speech and Drama and then went to the University of Exeter where she graduated with a degree in Drama. Theatre credits include: Director of Quango for Universal Citizens (Scratch at the Jack, Brockley Jack Studio Theatre), Director of Interruptions for The 24 Hour Plays (Kenneth More Theatre), Director of Planting David (Waterloo East Theatre), Assistant Director to Kate McGregor on her Theatre 6 production of Beyond Therapy (Hen and Chickens Theatre) and Production Manager for the Universal Citizens Production of Panphobia (LOST Theatre). She has also worked at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe organising showcases, theatre events and a film festival for C Venues and is currently a practitioner with Theatre Exchange, delivering Drama workshops to primary school children.

 Carole Carpenter - Musical Director

Carole Carpenter

Carole Carpenter is an actor, musician and composer.  She began studying piano and violin at the age of seven and later trained as an actor at Mountview, after a Masters in Text and Performance at RADA/Kings College London. Recent work as an actor/musician has included touring her acclaimed solo Jane Austen show The History of England nationally (produced by the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford) and Grimms at Trafalgar Studios - for which she also composed the score. Carole regularly plays in bands for musicals, and was recently the solo violinist for the West End run of A Man of No Importance (Arts Theatre, Leicester Square).  Other recent musical collaborations include work with Barefaced Theatre Company (composing and performing music for their site-specific Measure for Measure in a crypt), with Tricolore (writing songs and recording backing tracks for their bi-lingual production of The Gingerbread Man) and with Evil Hypnotist Productions, working on arrangements and playing for the soundtrack of forthcoming film The Furred Man. For FalconGrange Productions Carole was the musical director and musician for The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch.

 Redvers Lawson - Director

Redvers was Assistant Head of Theatre Studies at Dauntsey's School, Wiltshire where he directed Jesus Christ Superstar and Pygmalion. Redvers went on to train at The Rep College, Reading. Now, alongside performing, Redvers is the Artistic Director of Amber Productions for whom he directed Waiting for Godot and Hamlet at the Kenton Theatre, Henley. He is also Artistic Director for RedFeather Productions where he directed Table Manners, It Could Be Anyone Of Us, Shakers and Teechers. Redvers has performed in three productions of Two, including a critically acclaimed national tour in 2007. It is, in his opinion, one of the finest plays ever written and he is thrilled to have directed it for FalconGrange Productions. Other directing credits for FalconGrange include Abigail's Party and Teechers.
